simple spicy chicken Recipe

How to make it

  • start by putting the tomato puree in a bowl with the sugar
  • stir in the worstershre sauce and the honey
  • add the chilli, cayenne and the onion
  • place the chicken and rub it all together
  • make sure it is all covered and leave for 1-30 minutes
  • place in the oven on gas mark 5 for aprox 60-80 minutes or until it is sticky and caramelised
