How to make it

  • In a large pot, brown ground beef.
  • Drain and crumble.
  • Add back to pot with potatoes, onion and tomato sauce.
  • Stir in water, salt, pepper and hot sauce; bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until the potatoes ar tender and the soup has thickened.
