Yummy Leftover Pork Sandwiches

I made this sandwich from heaven with my left over pork chops, but I'm pretty sure most any pork would work. The recipe is for one sandwich and can be modified to your preference - just thought I'd share my creation!
Ingredients
- Leftover pork, sliced shopping list
- 2 slices monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 2 slices of a hearty bread (I used honey wheat) shopping list
- A few slices of Golden Delicious apple (sliced thin) shopping list
- honey mustard (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Put it all together and enjoy! The flavors really compliment each other!
