How to make it

  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in large mixing bowl then set aside.
  • Combine milk, egg substitute and 4 tablespoons butter in medium bowl mixing well.
  • Stir into flour mixture until just blended then lightly stir in apple and raisins.
  • Brush some butter over a large heavy-bottom skillet over medium high heat.
  • When butter bubbles pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto griddle.
  • Cook until bubbly about 3 minutes per side then turn and cook until lightly browned.
  • Repeat with remaining batter until finished then serve with your favorite syrup.
