How to make it

  • Cook millet as you would rice, using 3 cups of water to 1 cup of millet for 30 minutes. Check for doneness after the 30 minutes. Don’t peek! Make the millet the night before for a quick and nutritious breakfast.

    this looks great!!! I end up making oatmeal every morning with a few strips of bacon or a little steak...gets boring after a while...but millet, raisins and apricots along with honey..that sounds very healthy!!
