Make the millet the night before and this is a quick and nutritious breakfast. Zap the millet in the microwave or toss it around in a frying pan, then add the other ingredients. Eat more grains!

This looks great!!! I end up making oatmeal every morning with a few strips of bacon or a little steak...gets boring after a while...but millet, raisins and apricots along with honey..that sounds very healthy!!
