Vegetable Pancake with Yogurt

- Serves 4
Very light , healthy as they require very little oil and has curd and so many vegetables . Can even use shredded cabbage , grated beetroot or chopped mushrooms . If can't hold the spicy sauce , just serve with tomato sauce or mint chutney .
Ingredients
- PANCAKE : shopping list
- 1 C semolina shopping list
- 1 tsp cumon seed shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking pwd shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 C curd ( yogurt ) shopping list
- Finely grated : shopping list
- 1/2 C potato shopping list
- 1/2 C carrot shopping list
- 1/2 C pumpkin shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves shopping list
- Chopped : shopping list
- 1/4 C corriander leaves shopping list
- 3 green chillies shopping list
- SAUCE : shopping list
- 1 C thick yogurt shopping list
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce/ketchup shopping list
- 2 tsp chilli sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp corriander leaves , thinly chopped shopping list
- 1 tbsp mint leaves , thinly chopped shopping list
- 1 green chilli , thinly sliced shopping list
- Pinch of salt . shopping list
