Sauted Garlic Greens

- 2-3 large bunches Collard or turnip greens shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon or more chopped garlic shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- sugar shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- balsamic vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Wash, dry and trim the larger stalk ends from the greens
- Cut the leaves into ½ inch pieces
- In a large heavy skillet heat oil on medium heat and add the greens
- Add the chopped garlic
- Add a pinch each of salt, pepper and sugar
- Sautee until greens are al dente
- Add a small splash of Balsamic vinegar
