Baked fish with crunchy nut topping

- 800g frozen hoki or hake fillets shopping list
- 1 cup [;70g] fresh breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/2 chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/4 cup [35g] macadamias chopped shopping list
- grated rind of one lemon and juice shopping list
- 2 avocados sliced shopping list
- 100g snow pea sprouts trimmed shopping list
- 2 tblps olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 210c or 190 fan forced. line tray with baking paper
- Place fish on prepared tray.Combine breadcrumbs parsley macadamias and lemon rind season to taste.Sprinkle over each piece of fish and drizzel with a little oil.Bake 15m until fish flakes with fork
- Meanwhile toss together avocado and snow peas. Drizzle with combined oil and lemon juice season well. Serve with fish
