Ingredients

3 Tablespoon Butter

1/2 Cup water

1&1/2 Cup Frozen Peas

2 Cups Finely shredded Lettuce

2 Tablespoons finely diced Onion

1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley

2 Tablespoons finely chopped celery,(de-string)

1 teaspoon sugar

1/3 Cup Half and Half,(or) canned milk( or )any light cream.

Directions

Add the onion and celery to the melted Butter and saute for a short while,Add water,Bring to boiling.

Add Remaining ingredients except cream.

Season with 1/4 teaspoon sea salt and a dash of fresh ground black Pepper.

Cover and simmer till peas are tender.

Don't drain,

Add Cream.
