Honey Lemon Coffee Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix honey, butter, corn syrup, one tsp. lemon peel and lemon juice. Pour into well greased 8x8x2" baking pan
  • Combine biscuit mix, sugar and remaining lemon peel. Mix egg and milk; stir into dry ingredients only till moistened. Drop by spoonfuls over honey mixture
  • Bake 375° 20-25 minutes
  • Invert on serving plate
  • Serves 8
