Honey Lemon Coffee Cake

- 1/4 c honey shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup shopping list
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 2 Cups biscuit mix shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. sugar shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1/2 Cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix honey, butter, corn syrup, one tsp. lemon peel and lemon juice. Pour into well greased 8x8x2" baking pan
- Combine biscuit mix, sugar and remaining lemon peel. Mix egg and milk; stir into dry ingredients only till moistened. Drop by spoonfuls over honey mixture
- Bake 375° 20-25 minutes
- Invert on serving plate
- Serves 8
