Ingredients

1 can yellow cling sliced peaches

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons rum or rum flavoring

Directions

Drain peaches reserving juice.

Melt butter.

Mix sugar and cornstarch then stir into butter.

Add juice gradually stirring constantly then boil 2 minutes and add rum.

Pour over peaches and let stand until cold.
