How to make it

  • Combine peaches, juice and tapioca then allow to stand 10 minutes.
  • Mix together sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg then stir into peach mixture.
  • Put in shallow baking dish and dot with butter.
  • Roll your favorite biscuit dough 1/4” thick then prick with fork and arrange over peach mixture.
  • Bake at 425 for 30 minutes then serve warm with cream.
