Peach Slice Tapioca Cobbler

- 1 can yellow cling sliced peaches shopping list
- 3 tablespoons granulated tapioca shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- biscuit dough using 3 cups flour shopping list
How to make it
- Combine peaches, juice and tapioca then allow to stand 10 minutes.
- Mix together sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg then stir into peach mixture.
- Put in shallow baking dish and dot with butter.
- Roll your favorite biscuit dough 1/4” thick then prick with fork and arrange over peach mixture.
- Bake at 425 for 30 minutes then serve warm with cream.
