How to make it

  • Saute bacon until it is starting to cook and some fat is released into the pan. Add butter and melt.
  • Add potatoes and onion and season well with Crazy Salt and Hot Shot. Brown this mixture well on all sides.
  • Once mixture is well cooked, pour egg evenly over and cook just until set. Serve.
