Country French Omelet

- 2 slices bacon, diced shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 2 potatoes, finely diced shopping list
- 1/2 medium onion, diced shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste (I use Jane's Crazy salt and Hot Shot) shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Saute bacon until it is starting to cook and some fat is released into the pan. Add butter and melt.
- Add potatoes and onion and season well with Crazy Salt and Hot Shot. Brown this mixture well on all sides.
- Once mixture is well cooked, pour egg evenly over and cook just until set. Serve.
