How to make it

  • In a frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter
  • Saute onion and mushrooms together until mushrooms have begun to soften and onion is transparent.
  • Add half and half, mushroom soup, sour cream, tuna and seasonings, blend thouroughly.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for one half hour. Adjust seasoning and cook 10 minutes more, serve over egg noodles and enjoy!

    I'm crazy about this recipe. It will be so good with the Sour Cream .... not that I should eat fattening things like that! Here in South Africa we don't get fat free Sour cream. I'm definitely making it though .... for a treat!
