Tuna Stroganoff

- 3/4 Cup of butter shopping list
- 3/4 Cup chopped onion shopping list
- 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 Cup of half and half shopping list
- 2 Cups sour cream shopping list
- 3 cans of tuna, drained shopping list
- 1-1/2 Cup of fresh, sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tsp. Cavander's greek seasoning shopping list
- 1 tsp. Lawry's season salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter
- Saute onion and mushrooms together until mushrooms have begun to soften and onion is transparent.
- Add half and half, mushroom soup, sour cream, tuna and seasonings, blend thouroughly.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for one half hour. Adjust seasoning and cook 10 minutes more, serve over egg noodles and enjoy!
