my mom used to make this for me when i was living with her. its extremely easy to make. it goes good with any veggies, rice, beans.
Ingredients
- chicken shopping list
- Ranch shopping list
- any herbs or spices you want to add shopping list
How to make it
- Use a pan large enough for two chicken breasts.
- Put at about medium heat.
- Pour ranch into the pan(no oil is needed) enough to cover the bottom of the pan
- It doesnt need to be too thick. unless of course you like it like that
- Let the pan heat till you see the ranch start to bubble
- Throw on the chicken and flip about every 7 mins till its cooked all the way through
- and that is really all there is to it. its nothing fancy. its just quick, easy and pretty tasty
