I made this up tonight when I made supper because I didn't feel like looking up a recipe. It turned out amazing, both my fiance and I loved it!!

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 C Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned, 2 minutes per side
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl
  4. Once chicken has browned pour the mixture overtop, cover and cook 12 minutes, turning chicken halfway through
  5. Serve with vegetables
