Traceys Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 C Chicken broth

2 tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp parsley flakes

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Add chicken breasts and cook until browned, 2 minutes per side

Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl

Once chicken has browned pour the mixture overtop, cover and cook 12 minutes, turning chicken halfway through

Serve with vegetables
