How to make it

  • toast the bread and spread it with peanut butter
  • cut off the crusts and cut both twice diagonaly so you end up with 8 triangles.
  • slice the bannana and toss in the sauce
  • sauce
  • mix orange juice ,sour cream and honey ,add cinnamon
  • Arrange bannanas in the middle of the plate ,arrange the toast triangles around the bannanas,and garnish with cinnamon and orange peel shreds

    What a fun idea - I have to do this next time my 5 yr old granddaughter visits...I love to "cook" with her. You're little daughter sounds like she may have a cooking career ahead of her!
