Tangy Sesame Green Beans Recipe
From FOODay in the Orgonian paper. I made this myself, but thought I made it up.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. green beans, stem ends trimmed.
  • 2 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds.

Directions
  1. Set steamer basket in a large pot.
  2. Fill with enough water to come just below the basket.
  3. Bring the water to a boil.
  4. Add green beans to the basket and reduce the heat to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook until the green beans are crisp and tender.
  6. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar and oil; season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add green beans and sesame seeds
  8. Toss together.
