Chili-O Nachos

- 1 lb lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 package French's chili-O seasoning shopping list
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce (use two cans if you think it is too dry) shopping list
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans shopping list
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded colby Jack cheese shopping list
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 package (about 7 ounces) tortilla chips shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Add seasoning, tomato sauce, and beans. Cook, stirring frequently until mixture comes to a boil.
- Place chips on a large flat baking pan (with a rim). Spoon chili mixture over chips and sprinkle with cheeses.
- Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped green oinons, sliced black olives, and sour cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
