If you can stand the heat, this is the steak for you. They are very, very hot but I love hot so this is one of my favorite recipes. Hope you like it as well.

Ingredients
  • 2 large rib eye steak
  • 4 ounce package powdered Italian dressing
  • 2 dried habanera peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Make Italian dressing according to package then set aside.
  2. In small saucepan boil water and blanch habaneras for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove and cut off stems.
  4. Remove seeds from one pepper but save seeds from other pepper.
  5. Place peppers in a blender and add all remaining ingredients then blend well.
  6. Coat steaks generously then marinate for 24 hours then grill over hot charcoal fire.
