Chorizo and Bean Soup

- 1 tablespoon dried New Mexican chilies crushed shopping list
- 1 pound smoked chorizo sausage crumbled shopping list
- 1 large onion chopped shopping list
- 3 carrots diced shopping list
- 1 cup celery chopped shopping list
- 2 cups cooked kidney beans shopping list
- 2 tomatoes peeled and diced shopping list
- 1 cup broth from cooked kidney beans shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Briefly sauté chorizo then add onion, carrots and celery and sauté over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Combine with remaining ingredients except sour cream and simmer 30 minutes.
- Garnish with sour cream and serve.
