All-American Cornbread

I have used fat free creamer and that has worked and also have substituted non fat and light sour cream for the half and half and is still GREAT! I don't think you will find this recipe a disappointment!
Ingredients
- 2 C biscuit mix shopping list
- 1 C butter (I mix half margarine and butter) shopping list
- 1 C Half and half shopping list
- 1 C yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 1/2 t baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 t salt shopping list
- 3/4 C sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Scald cream with butter, add to thoroughly mixed dry ingredients. Mix in eggs. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to stand for several minutes before cutting.
