Deluxe Smoked Trout

- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup non-iodized salt shopping list
- 2 cups soy sauce shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1 cup dry white wine shopping list
- trout shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except salmon thoroughly.
- Brine salmon chunks 8 or more hours keeping refrigerated.
- Rinse thoroughly after brining.
- Pat dry with a paper towel and allow to air dry for at least one hour prior to smoking.
