Homemade Steak Sauce

- 1/2 cup dark molasses shopping list
- 2 each green onions chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoons coarse salt shopping list
- 3 tablespoons mustard dry shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 6 tablespoons tamarind extract shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cloves ground shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom seeds shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 6 ounces Rhine wine shopping list
- 2 ounces red wine shopping list
- 1 pint vinegar white shopping list
How to make it
- Run all non liquid ingredients through a spice blender until they are a fine powder.
- Place over low heat with half of vinegar and simmer 1 hour.
- Add remaining vinegar a little at a time.
- Stir in Tabasco, wines and kitchen bouquet then cook 3 minutes to dissolve.
- Remove from heat then pour into crock and let stand covered for 1 week.
- Strain through cheesecloth six times.
- Keeps refrigerated and also freezes very well.
