Ingredients
  • 4 ears Fresh Sweet Corn (remove husks and silks)
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rainbow Peppercorn
  • 3/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese as needed
  • Pico de Gallo Seasoning to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat BBQ grill or grill pan.
  2. Brush the corn cobs with the melted butter and season with the salt and pepper. Cook on the grill until uniformly browned. Remove from the heat and brush each ear with the mayo. Sprinkle each cob liberally with the cheese and season with the Pico De Gallo. Serve and enjoy.
