Spicy Grilled Corn with Parmesan

- 4 ears Fresh sweet corn (remove husks and silks) shopping list
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Rainbow peppercorn shopping list
- 3/4 cup Real mayonnaise shopping list
- Grated parmesan cheese as needed shopping list
- pico de gallo seasoning to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat BBQ grill or grill pan.
- Brush the corn cobs with the melted butter and season with the salt and pepper. Cook on the grill until uniformly browned. Remove from the heat and brush each ear with the mayo. Sprinkle each cob liberally with the cheese and season with the Pico De Gallo. Serve and enjoy.
