How to make it

  • Prick sausage. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in pan, brown sausage.
  • Remove sausages, add onions and saute until soft.
  • Cut sausages into 1/2'' peices. Return to pan, cook for about 5 minutes. Add peppers and celery. Saute until soft. Drain off fat.
  • Drain juice from tomato's into pan, coarsely chop tomato's.
  • Add along with tomato paste and seasoning, bring to a boil stiring until well mixed. Remove from heat.
  • Cook pasta in boiling salted water. Drain but do not rinse.
  • Preheat oven to 375F(190C) Stir pasta into sauce along with cubed cheese.
  • Pour mixture into large casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake until golden 25-30 mins.
