Lemongrass Ginger Tequini

- 750 ml bottle blanco tequila ( I use Margaritaville) shopping list
- 2 stalks lemongrass shopping list
- 1 large chunk of fresh ginger shopping list
How to make it
- Peel leaves off lemongrass and cut off the ends.
- Chop remaining lemongrass and add to infusion jar
- Peel ginger root and put in an infusion jar whole
- Add tequila
- Let sit in a cool dark place for 2 weeks
- Test flavor after 2 weeks and strain tequila when you have a good lemongrass flavor.
- Serve in a martini with a splash of dry vermouth or over ice with tonic and enjoy your exotic Mexi-Thai cocktail.
