How to make it

  • Peel leaves off lemongrass and cut off the ends.
  • Chop remaining lemongrass and add to infusion jar
  • Peel ginger root and put in an infusion jar whole
  • Add tequila
  • Let sit in a cool dark place for 2 weeks
  • Test flavor after 2 weeks and strain tequila when you have a good lemongrass flavor.
  • Serve in a martini with a splash of dry vermouth or over ice with tonic and enjoy your exotic Mexi-Thai cocktail.
