Great recipe for sauerkraut lovers. Try it with corned beef for a variation.

Ingredients
  • 6,boneless,skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1(15oz) can sauerkraut,well drained
  • 6 individual 4x6" slices of swiss cheese
  • 1(16oz) jar Thousand Island dressing

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325. Place chicken breasts in single layer in 9x13" pan. Spoon sauerkraut over chicken. Place cheese on top of sauerkraut. Pour dressing evenly over top and bake for 30 mins.
