This is a quick and easy salad that you can throw together in a few minutes. One of my favorites on the salad bar. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 large cans of white hominy, drained
  • 2 large cans of yellow hominy, drained
  • 1 small jar pimentos, drained and chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions
  1. Mix all together and chill covered until ready to serve.
