Ingredients
  • 1 cup diced left over chicken
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 hard boiled eggs sliced
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • Butter or margarine
  • 3 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika
  • Hot toast
  • Baked potatoes

Directions
  1. Put butter in a frying pan over a very low flame and add celery and onion.
  2. Cook several minutes but do not let it brown.
  3. Blend flour with the milk and add to celery and onion mixture then stir well.
  4. Add chicken and seasonings then stir again and lastly add the sliced eggs.
  5. Serve at once on hot toast with baked potatoes.
