The Simplist Blueberry Muffin Cake Ever

This is something I came up with because I had been wanting blueberry muffins, but I didn't have a muffin tin.. So, I threw it together in a small glass baking dish and made it.. yummy yummy
Ingredients
- 1 pkg blueberry muffin mix shopping list
- 1 pkg whipped cream shopping list
- fresh or frozen blueberries if you want shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the blueberry muffin mix together using the instructions on the box.
- Pour into a glass dish to desired thickness (I usually use two pkgs and an 8x11 baking dish).
- Bake in oven according to directions on pkg.
- Take out and let cool. The spread whipped cream on top to desired thickness.
- If you wish, use blueberries on top for extra taste and garnish.
- Enjoy!
