This is something I came up with because I had been wanting blueberry muffins, but I didn't have a muffin tin.. So, I threw it together in a small glass baking dish and made it.. yummy yummy

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg blueberry muffin mix
  • 1 pkg whipped cream
  • fresh or frozen blueberries if you want

Directions
  1. Mix the blueberry muffin mix together using the instructions on the box.
  2. Pour into a glass dish to desired thickness (I usually use two pkgs and an 8x11 baking dish).
  3. Bake in oven according to directions on pkg.
  4. Take out and let cool. The spread whipped cream on top to desired thickness.
  5. If you wish, use blueberries on top for extra taste and garnish.
  6. Enjoy!
