Special Pancakes

These pancakes are always a hit. Oh, and yes, the ingredient list is correct...there's ony 1/2 cup flour in it
Ingredients
- 6 eggs, separated shopping list
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour (yes, just 1/2 cup) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese shopping list
- 1 stick melted butter shopping list
- 4 T sugar shopping list
- 1/2 t salt shopping list
- 2 T grated lemon or orange rind shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg whites until they hold a stiff peak.
- In another bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
- Fold egg whites into mixture.
- Spoon on to griddle, flipping when done on the first side.
- Add syrup and enjoy!
