Creamy Cheesecake

- Crust: shopping list
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- ¼ cup powdered sugar shopping list
- ½ cup butter, melted shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 4 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 t vanilla shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 t vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- For crust:
- Combine all ingredients then press in bottom of springform pan.
- Bake 5 minutes.
- Cool for 15 minutes before adding filling.
- For filling:
- Beat cream cheese in mixer until light.
- Add sugar and vanilla then mix well.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour over cooled crust and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Cool for 15 minutes.
- For the topping:
- Mix all well.
- Carefully pour over cake and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature and chill for 24 hours before serving.
