How to make it

  • For crust:
  • Combine all ingredients then press in bottom of springform pan.
  • Bake 5 minutes.
  • Cool for 15 minutes before adding filling.
  • For filling:
  • Beat cream cheese in mixer until light.
  • Add sugar and vanilla then mix well.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Pour over cooled crust and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Cool for 15 minutes.
  • For the topping:
  • Mix all well.
  • Carefully pour over cake and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Cool to room temperature and chill for 24 hours before serving.
