How to make it

  • Cook the Corn Bread as directed on the package and Cool
  • Break it up in a bowl
  • Break up 2 to 3 Slices of Bread (I use 2)
  • Mix with 1 can of cream of chicken or Mushroom Soup (I use Chicken)
  • Add 1.5 regular size cans of chicken broth
  • Add 2 Large Eggs
  • Add Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Mix all together and Spread in a lightly greased baking pan
  • Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown on about 350 depending on your oven; this temp is based on a gas stove.
