How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 375'. In a large bowl combine oat bran, flour, flaxseed, wheat bran, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • Combine oranges, brown sugar, buttermilk, oil, eggs and baking soda in a blender or food processor. Blend well.
  • Pour orange mixture into dry ingredients. Mix well and stir in raisins.
  • Fill 24 muffins tins and bake 18-20 minutes. Cool in pans 5 minutes then remove to a cooling rack.

    I'm eating on right now. Super easy to make. I had most of the ingredients at home. Super moist! Great flavor. I didn't have rasins so I used crasins. A little bitter from the orange peel, But I like that.You get alot of super healthy ingredients all at once. Awesome recipie.
