Sambal Prawn

- 500g fresh prawn (remove the shell, leave the tail and deveined) shopping list
- Sambal paste (refer to previous recipe) shopping list
- 2 tablespoon of oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 cup of water shopping list
- 3 tablespoon of thick coconut milk shopping list
How to make it
- Clean the prawn.
- Heat up the oil and saute the sambal paste.
- Add in prawn and fry for one minute.
- Add in water and leave it at low fire for few minutes till prawn is cooked.
- Add in all other ingredients.
