Ingredients
  • 1cut up whole chicken
  • oil(I use vegetable oil)
  • flour

Directions
  1. .wash the chicken
  2. .Heat oil in electric skillet,enough to almost cover the pieces.
  3. .Batter the pieces in flour and fry in hot oil appox.7-10 minutes on each side till done.
