The best and simplest way to fry good home cooked chicken.
Ingredients
- 1cut up whole chicken shopping list
- oil(I use vegetable oil) shopping list
- flour shopping list
How to make it
- .wash the chicken
- .Heat oil in electric skillet,enough to almost cover the pieces.
- .Batter the pieces in flour and fry in hot oil appox.7-10 minutes on each side till done.
