1cut up whole chicken

oil(I use vegetable oil)

flour

Directions

.wash the chicken

.Heat oil in electric skillet,enough to almost cover the pieces.

.Batter the pieces in flour and fry in hot oil appox.7-10 minutes on each side till done.
