How to make it

  • Process the apricots, (do not drain) then measure, set aside
  • Into a saucepan, measure amount of water *equal* to the amount of apricots
  • Add sugar to the water and simmer for 10 minutes
  • Add to apricots, add lemon juice
  • Mix well and pour into a safe-for-freezer dish
  • Place into freezer of the refrigerator
  • When frozen and ready to serve, spoon into dessert bowls, stemmed glasses, etc.
  • Wonderful
