a steak marinade recipe given to me by a redneck friend, who got it from his granny

Ingredients
  • 8oz fine irish wiskey
  • 2 oz soy sause
  • dash of thyme
  • 8 oz of water
  • pinch of curry powder
  • Optional-(for use instead of water) 10oz of dark beer (guiness, black n tan, murphies)

Directions
  1. soak for 48 hours while thawing at room temp
  2. grill or skillet it til desired done-ness
