This is a good and easy dressing to make.Sometimes I make it in place of chicken n dressing on holidays.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of cooked cut squash
  • 1stick of butter
  • 1/2 of a chopped onion
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 6-8 cups of cornbread crumbs

Directions
  1. Cook cornbread (about 1-2 pans) cool and crumble up.
  2. Cook the squash and onion til tender done.
  3. drain
  4. Melt the butter in a pan or microwave bowl
  5. Mix the soup up like it says on the can with water,I use the blender.
  6. Mix the butter in with the soup.
  7. Mix everything together in casserole,cover bake 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Tastes good with cranberry sauce also.
