How to make it

  • Over med. heat, brown the turkey.
  • Break into small chunks, drain most of the liquid.
  • Add onion, sautee for 5 minutes until starting to brown.
  • Put all the spices in a coffee grinder or spice mill and pulse until the cumin & coriander are ground fine. Add to turkey.
  • Turn heat up to med-high, and add tomatoes and stock. Simmer until almost dry, stirring frequently.
  • Serve hot over tortillas, and top with toppings. Wrap and eat!
