Pork Tenderloin A-La-Pizzbine Recipe

Ingredients
  • pork tenderloin
  • Siagon Cinnamon
  • Olive Bruschetta
  • French Blue Cheese
  • Wauwatosa Village Seasoning
  • Olive Oil

Directions
  1. Turn your tenderloin into a slab by cutting with a sharp knife about 3/8 of an inch.
  2. Oil the pork and then add the cinnamon,bruschetta,seasoning and the blue cheese.
  3. Don't be shy on the blue cheese or bruschetta.
  4. Roll the whole thing up tightly and fasten with 3 or 4 toothpicks.
  5. Spray the outside with Olive oil & rub with the seasoning.
  6. Place over hot coals for 4 minutes, turn, another four minutes and then indirect heat & cover for another hour & twenty or until thermo says 165 in the center.
  7. Add about 6 coals after 45 minutes.
  8. Slice the log about 1-1-1/2 inches thick and serve with favorite wine, always must serve wine!

Your recipe sounds very good and tasty. I did a quick google search on Wauwatosa Village Seasoning and saw (at spice-work.com) that it is made up of celery seed, green peppercorns, shallots. Is that pretty accurate?
