Ingredients
  • 7 cups cucumber, sliced paper-thin
  • 3 cups onion, sliced paper-thin
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons celery seed
  • 2 cups white vinegar

Directions
  1. Mix vinegar, sugar, celery seed and salt together in a suitable pot. Let stand during preparation.
  2. Slice cucumbers and onions into very thin slices.
  3. Let stand for 2 hours. Then mix and pack in plastic freezer containers.
