How to make it

  • Slice garlic clove in half length-wise
  • rub inside of fondue pot or small sauce pan throughly with garlic clove (discard cloves after)
  • pour white wine into fondue pot and heat over medium
  • add monterey jack and gruyere cheese and stir with a wooden spoon until melted
  • stir in crumbled feta
  • Serve with cubed french bread, toasted garlic bread, or your favorite bread.

    Stacy, I must say I've tried this and its absolutly wonderful!!!! To everyone else out there if even, remotely like cheese fondue you must give this a try!!! This recipe totally rocks!!!!!
