Gruyere Monterey Jack Feta Fondue

- 1 large clove garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- 1/2 pound monterey jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/4 pound gruyere cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/4 pound feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- Slice garlic clove in half length-wise
- rub inside of fondue pot or small sauce pan throughly with garlic clove (discard cloves after)
- pour white wine into fondue pot and heat over medium
- add monterey jack and gruyere cheese and stir with a wooden spoon until melted
- stir in crumbled feta
- Serve with cubed french bread, toasted garlic bread, or your favorite bread.

Stacy, I must say I've tried this and its absolutly wonderful!!!! To everyone else out there if even, remotely like cheese fondue you must give this a try!!! This recipe totally rocks!!!!!
