Ingredients

How to make it

  • Dredge the cube steak in the flour
  • Salt and Pepper the cube steak
  • Fry the cube steak in the olive oil on both sides until no longer pink
  • Remove the cube steak and place on a plate with paper towels
  • Turn the skillet on high with the left over crumbs and oil
  • Add one cup of water, worcestershire sauce, golden mushroom soup, and wine. Whisk this and let it come to a boil.
  • Add the cube steak and turn the skillet on low and cover it for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, I prepare white rice and once the cube steak is done I serve it with the white rice and the sauce.
  • Enjoy!

    Made this last night and it was SO good! I'll be making this one again (& again). I used beef broth instead of water because I had some to use up. Also used cream of mushroom because that's what I had, and threw in some fresh mushrooms. It was so easy, and my husband said it was his new favorite! I'd give it a 6 if I could!
