Ingredients
  • Cube Steak
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 3 tbls of olive oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 can of golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 2 tsp of Worcestershire

Directions
  1. Dredge the cube steak in the flour
  2. Salt and Pepper the cube steak
  3. Fry the cube steak in the olive oil on both sides until no longer pink
  4. Remove the cube steak and place on a plate with paper towels
  5. Turn the skillet on high with the left over crumbs and oil
  6. Add one cup of water, worcestershire sauce, golden mushroom soup, and wine. Whisk this and let it come to a boil.
  7. Add the cube steak and turn the skillet on low and cover it for 20 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, I prepare white rice and once the cube steak is done I serve it with the white rice and the sauce.
  9. Enjoy!

Looks easy, fast and tasty, thanks for sharing! I'm saving it to try later this week.


Made this last night and it was SO good! I'll be making this one again (& again). I used beef broth instead of water because I had some to use up. Also used cream of mushroom because that's what I had, and threw in some fresh mushrooms. It was so easy, and my husband said it was his new favorite! I'd give it a 6 if I could!
