Saucy Cube Steak

- cube steak shopping list
- 1/2 cup of flour shopping list
- 3 tbls of olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup of water shopping list
- 1 can of golden mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup of white wine shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- Pinch of pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp of Worcestershire shopping list
How to make it
- Dredge the cube steak in the flour
- Salt and Pepper the cube steak
- Fry the cube steak in the olive oil on both sides until no longer pink
- Remove the cube steak and place on a plate with paper towels
- Turn the skillet on high with the left over crumbs and oil
- Add one cup of water, worcestershire sauce, golden mushroom soup, and wine. Whisk this and let it come to a boil.
- Add the cube steak and turn the skillet on low and cover it for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, I prepare white rice and once the cube steak is done I serve it with the white rice and the sauce.
