How to make it

  • Place bacon on a cookie sheet - bake at 350 until brown and crispy. They will ooze fat so be sure to not let the grease run into the oven. This should take 10-15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, wash lettuce and tomatoes.
  • Slice tomatoes and cut lettuce to fit pita.
  • Toast pita.
  • When bacon is done, place on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
  • Cut the pita in halves, spread with mayo and insert ingredients.
  • Lunch is served!
  • Serves 1.
