How to make it

  • CRUST:
  • Take graham crackers curmbs, add 2 teaspoons sweetener and butter. Mix well.
  • Place 1/2 cup of crumbs into a 2- quart dish.
  • Slice the bananas and place layer on crumbs. Do this till all bananas ore used.
  • Follow directions on the package of pudding
  • Separate 2 eggs
  • Place yolk in pudding and add 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Place in saucepan and cook over medium heat until it thickens.
  • Pour over bananas. making sure mixture.goes all the way down to the crust
  • Place egg whites in bowl and beat until fluffy.
  • Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon sweetener. Mix well.
  • Put topping over banana pudding.
  • Cook in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

    Thankx, my husband has it too. He said it could've been sweeter. however he ate the whole thing. LOL thanks for checking it out.
