Barbecue Beef On Bun Recipe

Ingredients

2-lbs stew meat

Bullseye Honey Barbecue Sauce

Hamburger buns

mayo

mustard

pickles

lettuce

pickles

Directions

Cut the stew meat up into bite sized pieces.

Put in crockpot.

Salt and pepper.

Cover with barbecue sauce.

Add about 1/2-cup water.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

(Note: If I make it home for lunch on the day that we are having this, I take the lid off the crock pot and add some more barbecue sauce and a little bit more water. This is not necessary though. I have NOT made it home and the BBQ was just as good)
