How to make it

  • Have all ingredients at room temperature.
  • Heat oven to 425F,
  • In blender, add eggs, shortening, milk, salt, garlic and lastly flour.
  • Blend all well.
  • Consistency should be like heavy cream.
  • Grease well muffin tins or popover tins. Yield depends on size of tins.
  • Heat empty tins in oven a few minutes.
  • Bake until puffed, golden and done
  • Remove tins from oven an carefully remove and serve immediately
