How to make it

  • Brew the tea and chill for 15 minutes.
  • Adding solid ingredients first, blend all on medium high speed for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into cups and serve immediately.
  • Note - No time to brew tea? Substitute 12 fl oz cold water mixed with one single serving packet of calorie free orange drink mix or 12 oz of orange juice (this option will add to the calorie count).
